•3+ years relevant industry knowledge and supervisory experience
•Confidence in leading a strong client focused 24/7 operation
•Good communication and organisational skills
•Effective problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task
•Ability to coach, mentor and lead a diverse team
•Good computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
•Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
•Resilient, hardworking and proactive
•Solutions and outcome focused with an innovative approach to continuous improvement
•Adaptable, flexible and agile to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation
•Deliver to deadlines at all times and be willing to go the extra mile
•Effective leadership experience
