Due to the large shortage of tradesmen currently available in New Zealand, we have been sourcing staff globally for our clients, when we are unable to find the right person here in New Zealand.
We have placed many tradesmen into NZ companies. If they are qualified within their trade, have the experience required, have an excellent attitude and a proven work history, we work with them to find the right fit.
We organise a Skype interview with our clients and our candidates or if they are here in the country we can book an interview with you.
We supply you with all the necessary documents including passports, police checks, referee checks, CVs, trade certificates, and personal information for you to have a good understanding of who your candidate is.
By the time our clients meet with our candidates, we have generally been working with them for, on average, 2-6 months. Within this time-frame, we have spent the time getting to know our candidates well and have a very good understanding of who they are.
We organise our candidates with a registered immigration adviser (those that don’t already have one) and walk them through the entire process until they arrive in New Zealand. We often also engage in the process of house hunting and finding appropriate schools for those that have school-age children.
We monitor our newly placed candidates for the 1st 4 months from the day they start their new roles. We are here for our clients with any backup support they may need during this time to ensure the new staff member settles well.
